A complete muscular workout with weights that consist of high reps and isolate a specific muscle group to enhance your endurance, stamina and strength utilizing a barbell, dumbbells and rubber tubing. This is a multi-level class. To increase the intensity, you add weights to the barbell and dumbbells. All levels welcome 55 min.
